My Favorite Morning Smoothie:
100 grams Frozen Red Berries
1 Medium Apple
1 Medium Orange
1 Slice of pineapple
Sprinkle Chia Seeds on Top of it

Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend till a smooth consistency.

Ideal with plain Oatmeal
