My name is Elena, I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Instructor based in East London.

I have been practising Yoga Since 2001 and teaching since 2015.

I survived to over twenty five years of eating Disorders, and I Coexist with Borderline Personality Disorders.

My purpose is to share my journey, and perhaps help you in yours.
