There isn’t such a thing as too many core drills.
Here two super effective and intense core drills using rolling platforms.
If you don’t have rolling platforms you can use a pair of soft socks, on a hard floor or gliders. Just get creative.

Exercise 1 Pike presses
Hands shoulders distance apart from each other
Press the palms on the floor
Core engaged
Exhale, push back
Tuck the tailbone in, belly in, gaze between the hands
Inhale, pull up from the lower abs
Repeat x 20 times

Exercise 2 jump back action
Jumping back for me seems impossible, I have been working at it for years, and nothing ever happened.
However, this exercise is showing me which muscles are involved in such a complex movement.

Exhale, push back
Tuck the tailbone in, belly in, gaze between the hands
Inhale, bring the knees between the legs
Repeat x 20 times
