Lately, I have using ankle weights during my practice, and I am having great results.
If you struggle kicking up to Handstand, try to use them. After you take off the weights, you will feel lighter and stronger. They really help
Try to stay away from the wall, it might trick at first, but is much more effective
kick up with the right leg x5 times
Kick up with the left leg x5 times
