Dve 2: Exhale, bend forward, right chin to shin. Gaze at the tip of the big toe. Breathe 5 times.
Trini 3: Inhale, come up, turn to the left side.
Catvari 4: Exhale, forward bend, left chin to shin. Keep your hips squared. Gaze at the tip of the big toe. Breath five times.
