We spend most of our lives pushing forwards, thriving for success.

This is not good or bad, we are humans, and humans are designed to survive, even if it doesn’t mean literally “SURVIVE” from a life-threatening experience. In fact, in modern society “SURVIVE,” is social survival kind of thing.

We want to be liked, powerful, and show our successes to others.
Nonetheless, often, we got stuck in a loop.

We strive so much, that we start to fear the accomplishments, and we can’t cope with the overwhelming fear of failure.

So, rather than aim to goals from the beginning, aim to get a bit better every day, this way our brain will learn gradually how to manage our greatness.

Oversplits are a great example. We CAN’T, by any chance, be able to do them at first.

But, with daily practice, we will!
