Let me tell you, I am a routine animal, I need my morning rituals as I need the air I breathe.
Here is one of my favourite morning ritual.
A delicious Ginger, lemon and Cayenne pepper tea.
Peel and grate ginger into fine pieces.
Add lemon, cayenne and ginger to a mug.
Top with boiling water and let steep for five to ten minutes, until the ginger is strong and aromatic.
Stir well and enjoy.

Citric acid may help prevent kidney stones by increasing urine volume and increasing urine pH, creating a less favourable environment for kidney stone formation
Lemons may prevent anaemia by improving the absorption of iron from plant foods
Lemon can improve gut health and slow the digestion of sugars and starches
