Ekam 1: inhale, jump to the right side with the legs three feet apart and spread the arms out to the side.
Dve 2: exhale, turn the feet to the right side, go down to catch the right big toe. Gaze at the tip of the middle finger. Breath five times.
Trini 3: inhale, come up.
Catvari 4: exhale, turn the feet to the left side, go down to catch the left big toe. Gaze at the tip of the middle finger. Breath five times.
Panca 5: inhale, come up.

Parivrtta Trikonasana is done as a continuation of Trikonasana starting from the fifth Vinyasa.

Dve 2: exhale, twist the body to the right side, place the left hand next to the right foot. The tip of the middle finger should be in line with the tip of the big toe. Breath five times. Gaze the middle finger.
Trini 3: inhale, come up.
Catvari 4:  exhale, twist the body to the left side, place the right hand next to the left foot. The tip of the middle finger should be in line with the tip of the big toe. Breath five times. Gaze the middle finger.
Panca 5: inhale, come up
