Dve 2: exhale, bend the right knee, place the right hand next to the right foot, extend the left arm above the head. Breath five times. Gaze the middle finger.
Trini 3: inhale, come up.
Catvari 4: exhale, bend the left knee, place the left hand next to the left foot, extend the right arm above the head. Gaze the middle finger
Panca 5: inhale, come up.

Parivrtta Parsvakonasana is done as continuation of Parsvakonasana starting from the fifth Vinyasa .

Dve 2: exhale, twist the body to the right side, bend the right knee, place the left hand next to the right foot, extend the right arm above the head. The tip of the middle finger should be in line with the tip of the big toe. Breath five times. Gaze the middle finger.
Trini 3: inhale, come up.
Catvari 4:  exhale, twist the body to the left side, bend the left knee, place the right hand next to the left foot, extend the left arm above the head. The tip of the middle finger should be in line with the tip of the big toe. Breath five times. Gaze the middle finger.
Panca 5: inhale, come up
